Prices
All prices are net, FOB Providence, Rhode Island and do not include shipping, handling or special processing charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm current pricing prior to ordering.
Ordering
A signed purchase order is required and all telephone orders must be confirmed with a signed purchase order. Fabric is sold in 1⁄2 yard increments and there is a 3‐yard minimum order per colorway. Order quantities of less than the 3‐yard minimum will incur a $50 cut fee. Purchase orders must indicate pattern name, number, color and quantity. We reserve the right to increase an order to include the next full repeat of the pattern. No order will be binding upon us until we accept it by sending you an order confirmation. All orders are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Our confirmation will accept your offer to purchase the specified merchandise subject to these terms and conditions notwithstanding any variances between these terms and conditions and anything contained in your purchase order. On rare occasions, we may revoke a confirmation if we do not have enough of the merchandise ordered in stock to cover your order and our supplier cannot furnish enough within a reasonable timeframe. If this circumstance should occur, we will contact you as soon as possible and make every effort to accommodate your needs with an alternate selection.
Custom Orders
Custom patterns and colors are available. Please inquire about minimums, lead times and quotations.
Reserves
Reserves for in stock fabrics are good for 10 days, after which the fabric will be released unless a deposit has been received.
Memorandum Samples
ILOROM offers memo samples on loan for up to three weeks, or you may purchase them at a price of $15.00 each. Memo samples not returned within three weeks will be billed at the purchase price. Larger samples are available for special presentations, please inquire.
Cutting for Approval
Variations in dyes and fibers may cause slight variations between samples and our current fabric stock.
If matching is important, please request a cutting for approval.
Change Orders & Cancellations
Requests for changes after the confirmation is issued are subject to our ability to respond to the request. All reasonable requests for changes will be honored if received in writing prior to cutting the fabric, and we reserve the right to charge a fee for such changes. Confirmed orders may not be cancelled without the written consent of ILOROM. If approved, cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Changes and cancellations will not be approved after the fabric has been cut or after production begins on special orders.
Shipping
If your order does not specify shipping instructions, we will ship your order by the method and route we consider most suitable. All orders are shipped at the purchaser’s risk FOB Providence, Rhode Island. ILOROM is not responsible for damage or loss during transit. If you cannot accept delivery when your order is ready to be shipped, or do not accept delivery when you receive it, we reserve the right to transfer your order to storage. All costs for shipping and storage will be at the customer’s expense. ILOROM will deem a transfer to storage as delivery for all purposes including invoicing and payment. The customer will bear all responsibility for loss or damage during storage.
Terms
A 50% deposit is required to place an order. Payment of the remaining balance (including shipping, handling and applicable taxes) is required prior to shipment. Payments are accepted in US Dollars only and may be made by wire transfer, ACH transfer, checks drawn on US banks, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is a $75 fee for returned checks and, when applicable, you agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees.
Returns
No fabric may be returned without our prior written consent. If you believe that the fabric you received does not conform to your order, you must advise us in writing within five business days of receipt indicating the deficiencies. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the fabric and no returns or adjustments will be permitted thereafter. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for fabrics which have been cut or altered in any way.
Quality & Limitations
Unless otherwise stated, each fabric is tested against performance criteria established by the Association for Contract Textiles, however it is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate product for a particular end‐use. Upon request, we will provide a copy of the independent test results for any of our fabrics. Please contact us if additional testing is required for a specific application, however we do not guarantee the results of any such testing.
All weights and dimensions are approximate and may vary, therefore please allow for slight variation in repeat dimensions and cut the fabric by design, not by “pulled thread”.
ILOROM does not guarantee or warrant its fabrics against fading, crocking, wear abrasion, shrinking, stretching, seam slippage, tearing, discoloration from liquid contact or alteration in color due to any finish treatment. ILOROM will not be responsible for any costs other than those billed by ILOROM. ILOROM makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose either expressed or implied.
Intellectual Property
All ILOROM™ designs are protected by US and foreign copyrights. The weave structure used to make ILOROM fabrics is proprietary and patent pending.
